In case of reduced or free tickets we kindly ask our customers to show the document proofs required.
If the customer fails to show the required proofs at testing the right to get a reduced fare or a free ticket, he/ she will have to buy a new ticket paying fare difference.
Please be sure to arrive on time before the visit starts. Arrivals more than 15 minutes later than the booking time will result in the loss of tickets.
Holders of Culture Card Castles and Museums and Culture card High Valley can enter the FISCAL SEAL in the field "Do you have a pass?" to book a visit to the chosen site.
