Welcome!

Before proceeding, please note that:

• you must have a valid email address to purchase tickets online
• you can reserve up to 5 tickets per visit
• tickets can be purchased up to 2 hours before the start of the tour
• free tickets MUST be reserved
• for each ticket purchased online there is a € 1 advance sale fee
• at the end of the online booking and purchase process, you will receive an email at the address you registered with, with the tickets attached; please keep an eye on your email
• if you do not receive the confirmation email, you can use your booking details to access your personal profile on Midaticket, where you will find a list of the bookings you have made, or contact the museum ticket office by calling 0165-95931 (Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm)
• autonomous visits are permitted for a maximum of 25 people, departing every half hour
• no refund will be provided
