Tickets are valid throughout the day, during public opening hours. The time specified upon making the purchase merely indicates the museum's opening time on the chosen day, and is therefore non-binding.

Tickets are non-refundable. In case of forced closure or should a service be unavailable (guided tours, educational tours, events), we will issue a voucher for the same amount as the price of the ticket to be used for entrance or for the service on another day.

Before buying a ticket for the activity you wish to carry out, please consult all the details (age group, type, maximum number of participants, accessibility) on the organiser's website.
